THERE’S A HOME FOR YOU OUT THERE, somewhere: I will help you sort through your wish list of what you might be looking for and recommend appropriate locations based on distances, budgets and other preferences. You can explore recommended areas on your own, without pressure, until you are ready to give some homes closer scrutiny by visiting them. You can then decide on selecting a real estate agent of your choice. I’ll be happy to provide professional recommendations. The agent pays me a referral fee. You, as the buyer, do not pay any commission fees. The agents get paid out of the seller’s listing commission. I will continue to provide consultative services, as needed, throughout the buying process, until the closing, to ensure smooth execution with a view to protecting your interests and minimizing your risk.

SELLERS – I DO NOT want your listings!

THERE ARE BUYERS FOR YOUR HOME OUT THERE, somewhere and I can help you find them. Before you are ready to list, I’ll be happy to consult with you as to what needs to be done to sell your particular home. That might include a price idea, how to prepare your home for the market, what marketing strategies might be appropriate, etc., finally leading to selecting the right agent for the job if you don’t already have someone in mind. If you do, great – I don’t want the listing. All I ask is that for my services, I refer you to the agent of your choice. The agent pays my referral fee out of the listing commission. You may continue to use my consulting services until the closing to ensure all goes smoothly and with a view to minimizing your risk.
